At KEIKO, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
